The Legs, The Nose, Mrs Robinson

Guys, can we stop making GIFs of this and reblogging it as if it isn’t one of the most problematic things Steven ‘take THAT, feminism!’ Moffat has ever written?

Referring to Amy by one of her body parts - the way she has been defined, since day one, by disparate bits of her body - is just. Not. Cool. But sums up a lot of the hugely problematic things about her - for want of a better word - character.

Also, the Doctor is 900 and River is, what, 45? Mrs Robinson does not work as a reference.

And Arthur Darvill’s nose, not really a thing.

So. Yeah. FUCK OFF.

Anyway. Carry on.
